What is an Evangelist?

Evangelists are ordained ministers, called by God into a special ministerial role, and specially prepared by Him to bring a renewing ministry of blessing to others who are journeying toward Christ.  The Evangelist can help provide significant ministry in the life of everyone who is seeking a deeper relationship with their Heavenly Father.

The office of Evangelist is a specialized function of the High Priest.
