Peter Judd
 |
Peter A. Judd, a minister for the Community of Christ, retired from
full-time church appointment at the 2005 World Conference. He served as
a member of the Quorum of the First Presidency from April 2000 to 2005.
As a member of the Council of Twelve Apostles from 1996 to 2000,
Peter was assigned to the South Central and West Central Fields. He was
secretary for the Council of Twelve from 1998 to 2000. He previously
served twenty-four years in various capacities on the church’s
headquarters staff and briefly as a staff appointee in the North Central
Field. |
A native of Enfield, England, he holds a bachelor of arts degree from
Graceland University, Lamoni, Iowa, and graduate degrees from the University of
Kansas and Saint Paul School of Theology. Peter is the author or co-author of
six books and a number of articles, pamphlets, study resources, and other
publications for the church.
Peter is married to Kristin Phillips-Judd and has
two adult daughters and two granddaughters.
