Peter Judd
|

|
Peter A. Judd, a minister for
Community of Christ, retired from full-time church appointment at
the 2005 World Conference.
He served as a member of the Quorum of the First Presidency. As a member of the Council of Twelve Apostles, Peter was assigned to the South Central and West Central Mission Fields. He was secretary for the Council of Twelve and served various capacities on the church’s international staff and as a staff appointee in the North Central Mission Field. |
A native of Enfield, England, he received a bachelor of arts in religion and business administration from Graceland College, Lamoni, Iowa; a master of arts in economics from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kansas; and a master of divinity and a doctor of ministry Saint Paul School of Theology, Kansas City, Missouri.
Peter has authored or co-authored six books and a number of articles, pamphlets, study resources, and other publications for the church.
Community of Christ has 250,000 members in more than 50 nations. The church’s
mission is to “proclaim Jesus Christ and promote communities of joy, hope, love,
and peace.”
